Campaigns that move with the music.

Signed-in Studio users can compose voice spots and banners, save their work, and submit a protected campaign request for review.
Campaignof the week
Listener-first creative / 01Built for the listening moment
An ad can feel like part of the experience.
Meet listeners while they discover artists and music. Clickable artwork can introduce a product, service, or event and guide interested people to your site. A short between-track message can add a voice, offer, or call to action without talking over a song.
A clear moment to be heard
Audio spots play between tracks with frequency limits designed to protect listener attention and campaign opportunity.Trusted creative
Every image, script, destination link, and audio file is screened before listeners can see or hear it.Results you can follow

Campaign intake foundation
Prepare the request before any credits move.

Advertiser enrollment
Create your advertiser ID before building a campaign.
This one-time enrollment ties drafts, campaign reviews, billing records, and reports to the right account. Enrollment opens the campaign workspace; billing remains a separate, deliberate step.
Advertising enrollment active
Your campaign workspace is ready.
Your advertiser ID keeps campaign drafts, review history, billing records, and reports with this account.
Your files
Saved advertising media
Generated previews and uploaded audio stay with your account even if a catalog voice is later paused. Play or download any saved file, or reuse its script and voice setup.

Advertiser eligibility
Build with clear authority and responsibility.
- Age requirementAdvertising accounts are for adults.Advertisers must be at least 18 years old and identify as a Creator, Business, or Commercial / agency representative.
- Plan accessBusiness plans match business authority.Business tiers require Business or Commercial / agency status; the Commercial tier requires Commercial / agency status.
- Authority & rightsThe submitter stands behind the campaign.Every request records current acknowledgements for authority, lawful and supportable claims, campaign responsibility, and ownership or control of all submitted creative rights.
Launch inventory
Discovery placements keep workspaces focused.
- Approved surfacesInitial inventory is visual discovery.Initial inventory is visual-only on approved Library and Community Streaming discovery surfaces.
- Listener controlsThe advertisement stays beside the experience.Playback companions may sit beside listening content but may not cover player controls, artwork, lyrics, or queue actions.
- Customer workspacesCreative and account tools remain focused.Campaign placements appear only on approved listener-facing discovery surfaces, never inside customer creation, account, billing, support, or moderation tools.
Eligible audience
Contextual reach respects every listener.
- Initial reachCampaigns begin with free listening.Initial inventory may reach signed-out visitors and listeners using free listening access.
- Subscriber promisePaid Community Streaming stays ad-free.Paid Community Streaming subscribers are excluded from third-party campaign delivery.
- Privacy boundaryTarget the listening context, not the person.Targeting is limited to placement context, coarse region, language, device class, and schedule—never protected traits, health, precise location, or inferred sensitive interests.
Credit units
Credits follow qualified delivery.
Audio delivery
Visual delivery
Standard inventory: broad or genre placement uses 1 credit per qualified viewable impression.
Premium inventory: approved artist-page or artist-track context uses 2 credits per qualified viewable impression.
A companion image delivered with paid audio adds no second delivery charge.Review and retries
Uploading, moderation, transcription, AI Assist, failed jobs, duplicate requests, and provider previews do not spend credits.
Checkout remains off
Subscription billing, add-on credit purchases, automatic renewal, and qualified-delivery charging remain disabled until final checkout pricing and terms are approved and published.
Frequency ceilings
Balanced exposure keeps listening comfortable.
- Visual ceilingVisibility is limited per session and campaign. One paid placement may be visible at a time, with no more than 10 qualified paid impressions per session and no more than 3 from the same campaign in a rolling 24 hours.
- Audio readinessListening time earns the next opportunity. The first spot requires both 2 completed tracks and 8 listening minutes; each later spot requires both 3 more completed tracks and 12 more listening minutes.
- Track protectionAudio never interrupts a song.Audio is track-boundary only, with a maximum of 3 paid spots per session. A session resets after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Content safety
Every campaign earns trust through all-ages review.
- Safety reviewAutomated checks support final review.Every asset and destination remains in a protected pending process through file safety checks, strict all-ages text/audio/image screening, redirect and private-network protection, Web Risk and isolated destination scanning, rights and claim review, and approval by an authorized reviewer.
- All-ages standardCampaigns remain welcoming and supportable. The program excludes hate or discriminatory content, adult services, gambling, weapons, tobacco or nicotine, controlled substances, exploitative material, political or election ads, deceptive finance or crypto, unsubstantiated health claims, malware, and unsafe destinations.
- Account integrityHonest participation protects the program.Any edit returns the creative to review. Evasion, impersonation, hidden redirects, or rights misrepresentation can suspend or close the account. Remaining credits may be forfeited and refunds denied, except where required by law.
Delivery accounting & service resolution
Verified delivery stays clear and recoverable.
- Audio milestonesLonger spots earn credit in audible 10-second bands. An 8–10 second completed spot uses 1 credit. For longer spots, each fully heard 10-second band may qualify; the final partial band qualifies only when the whole advertisement completes and listener music resumes. A delivery never costs more than the displayed maximum.
- Fair accountingVerified exposure remains counted; platform failures do not.If a listener ends playback after a complete qualifying band, that verified band remains spent. Invalid traffic, duplicate measurement, muted delivery, a platform-caused interruption, failed audio resume, or an unqualified impression does not debit credits.
- Clear reportingReports separate starts, milestones, completions, and failures.Campaign reporting will show starts, 10-second and 20-second milestones, completed spots, platform failures, and credits spent so partial exposure is never presented as a completion.
- Possible remediesVerified service issues receive a proportional review.A remedy may include restored credits, an extended schedule, make-good delivery, promotional credit, or a partial or full refund. Refunds are not automatic or guaranteed except where required by law.
- Request windowRaise a concern within 30 days. When ordering opens, submit a service-resolution request within 30 days after the affected campaign ends or disputed charge, whichever is later. Elarabeat compares the approved order, campaign report, and delivery logs under the same evidence standard for every advertiser.
Music inside the spot
Music supports the message. Speech stays clear.
- Track boundaryThe music bed belongs to the advertisement—not the listener’s song.Optional music begins and ends inside the rendered advertisement, sits under the narration, and fades fully to silence before listener music resumes. It never mixes with, interrupts, or crossfades into a listener track. Audio opportunities remain track-boundary only and frequency-capped—not automatic after every song.
- Advertiser uploadsMusic you upload stays advertiser-owned and private.Elarabeat receives only the limited permission needed to protect, moderate, render, preview, and deliver the approved campaign. An advertiser upload is never added to a reusable music library without a separate written grant.
- Generated audioGenerated music is private first; six months is only an earliest review date.Platform-generated instrumental audio remains private to its originating advertiser and platform-managed. Six months never transfers ownership or releases it automatically. Library eligibility requires a separate advertiser opt-in or license, provider and commercial-use clearance, moderation, and authorized approval. Vocal jingles remain unavailable during the initial rollout.
- Voice clarityThe selected level is a maximum, not permission to overpower speech. The advertiser may choose a maximum level up to 40%. Server-side ducking, loudness control, limiting, de-click boundaries, fade-to-zero, and a protected silence tail remain mandatory.
- Revision controlMix changes never rewrite an approved creative.Changing narration, music, volume, fades, or timing creates a new pending revision. The previously approved creative stays unchanged until the revision passes review.
This is the planned operational contract, not an active offer. Final checkout terms and applicable law will control when ordering opens.
